+ Enzymes
Gentle yet effective exfoliator derived from fruit. Enzymes are used in cosmetics to soften skin and to smooth hair. They are known to help the skin to remain well balanced. The enzymes revitalize the skin through exfoliation, leaving it smooth with an even texture. Verso products contain mango, papaya, and pomegranate enzymes.
+ Poly Hydroxy Acid (Gluconolactone)
Poly Hydroxy Acid, PHA, is available in different forms but we only include gluconolactone in our products. This is an ingredient that has properties reminding of the classic AHA, but PHA causes less irritation. The reason PHA is less irritating than AHA is because of its larger molecular structure. PHA has soothing, moisturizing and antioxidant benefits. It also helps with the exfoliating process on the skins surface. This form of PHA is gentle without compromising the visible results of soft and smooth skin. Can usually be used on sensitive skin.
+ ALPHA HYDROXY ACID (GLYCOLIC ACID)
Glycolic Acid has the smallest molecules of all Alpha Hydroxy Acids, making it a highly functional ingredient. Glycolic Acid, derived from fruits, is hydrophilic (attracted to and soluble in water) and helps to exfoliate old skin cells resulting in a radiant complexion. Alpha Hydroxy Acids are commonly used in skincare to diminish the look of lines and wrinkles while improving visible firmness and brightening the skin. AHA’s remarkable water-binding properties are ideal for people with normal to dry skin.
+ ALPHA HYDROXY ACID (LACTIC ACID)
Lactic Acid is a mild exfoliant that works to prevent dryness and minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It is derived from fruits and is hydrophilic (attracted to and soluble in water). Lactic Acid also helps to exfoliate old skin cells resulting in a radiant complexion. Alpha Hydroxy Acids are commonly used in skincare to diminish the look of lines and wrinkles while improving visible firmness and brightening the skin. AHA’s remarkable water-binding properties are ideal for people with normal to dry skin.

How to Use
Apply on cleansed face and neck. Avoid contact with the eye and mouth area. Depending on your skin’s tolerance, leave it on for 1-3 minutes. If you have known skin sensitivity, start with using the product for one minute. Rinse with lukewarm water or use a soft damp towel to remove the product. Avoid rubbing. For optimal hydration, follow with a moisturizer, such as Verso Hydration Serum, Verso Nourishing Cream, or/and Verso Nourishing Mask. It can be used 1-3 times a week, depending on your skin’s needs.
Sunburn Caution: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to sun exposure and, mainly, the possibility of sunburn. Use sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure for seven (7) days after using this product.
